Awakened cast on crit does not affect gore shockwave cooldown

Hello,

The cooldown of gore shockwave provided by The Cauteriser is not reduced by the awakened cast on critical strike support cooldown recovery rate despite being supported by it.

Awakened COC's benefits ONLY support Active skill gems (these skills will not be supported if they're granted by items.) Not a bug.

Nothing on the gem implies that it only applies to skill gems, it clearly says attack skills. On top of that the critical strike to attack skills line on THE SAME GEM works correctly, as well as coc obviously. Sorry but this is either a bug or needs a text change.
