"hidden" area in control blocks act 5

It's not really hidden, but the entrance is. I've been poking around for a while, and can't find how to get there.

That is the slave pens area where you portal in to when exiting act4.
If you go to the north west side of your yellow ring you can see the hole in the ground where you appeared originally. You can't actually go there from the map you are on as they are different areas. If you go to the waypoint for slave pens you can see the upper area where the boss resides. |

I've tried teleporting in using smoke mine, but it doesn't work.
