[Mac] Texture disappears after traveling to different areas (post 3.14.1d patch)

I play PoE on a MacBook, and everything was fine before the most recent patch... Now, the game usually loads in fine (see below, sometimes item/skill icons take a while to load in -- also not a problem before the patch).

But the most important issue is that after I travel to different areas (e.g., oriath, hideout, aspirant's plaza, then back to oriath), most of the textures disappear and do not load back in.

Here are some specs:

OS: Big Sur 11.3.1
Processor: Intel i7
Graphics: Radeon Pro 555 2 GB, Intel HD Graphics 630 1536 MB
Memory: 16 GB LDDR3

And I tried these ways to fix this:

- Uninstall/reinstall the game
- Restart computer
- Change around graphics settings (e.g., dynamic resolution, texture quality/filtering, etc.)
- Clear cache
- Wait for everything to load back in

I know that the game is not optimized on Macs yet, but it was running just fine before... :(
Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Hey there,

What in-game settings are you using?
Here are my in-game graphics settings:

I tried changing texture quality to high, disabling dynamic resolution, and/or changing the texture filters. But none of these really worked for me.

The only thing that kind of worked for me is changing texture quality to high, then back to medium. The graphics in-game will reload after a while, getting better at first, but still degrade over time.
