I can't find my summoner cosmetics, please help. I needs em all.

Hi there,
These should be available in your Microtransaction Stash (N key by default), and you should also be able to apply Skill Gem Effects from the Cosmetics Tab of your character's inventory. |

it just says "in use". I have mo idea where they are haven't played in a bit.

Press K, apply stuff there. If it's in use a confirmation box will pop up asking if you still want to use it. Accepting will just re-apply to the new char. You don't have to manually locate mtx's anymore thankfully.
