Best way to drop Glorious Vanity Timeless jewel? (SSF)

As the title says, i want to know what the best way is to get the Glorious Vanity Timeless jewel. I am playing in an SSF league and would really like to get one.

Meaning if anyone knows if you have a better chance dropping it in a 2-way fight with for example: Vaal + Karui with the lower item level zone, or is it better to do a 4-way/5-way with the higher item level zone

or if someone has any other ideas of whats the best way?

What ever you enjoy doing is best... you're going to have to do a lot of it.

Get a decent amount of dps.
Make a 3 way battle.

Find out where the Vaal general spawns.

Go to kill and back and reset. Go to the position, if it isn't respawned after reset rinse repeat.
Kill her as many times as possible.

I did this with 3 out of 4 generals in a 4way and got 3 different legion jewels.

So do you kill all the bosses in a 3way battle and then reset?
OR are you only killing the boss you want and reset to get her back?

Based on what I read elsewhere in the forum, you just want to kill the boss you want and reset to get her back. I also read that there's something like a 30 second "cooldown" for each boss spawn, so if you kill the boss in 10 seconds, you'd want to wait at least 20 seconds (maybe the full 30 seconds?) before trying to trigger respawn.

Would be nice if others could confirm or deny since I've never tried it myself.

I love how nebulous DoTC is. Nothing explained. I always run at least 4 just "feel" rewards are optimal. 5 would be best but need serious DPS/Speed to clear it in fashion I "feel" not missing something. Loop kill em all reset at 30 sec intervals?

yes that was a question and an answer. Even the jewels themselves are.

Generals have 25 sec respawn. So kill general you want and anything else you can fit into next 25 seconds then reset. Ideally you want to in the middle at about 23 seconds after your kill as it takes few seconds to reset. As for 3 vs 4 in ssf 4 is generally better use of your resources if you can handle it. For 33 more resources you get like 50 more time.
