QoL Feature: Let us add Labels in Inventory Space

Yes, there are Stash Tab Folders and premium Tabs, which can already be labeled, but I'd like to have the opportunity to label smth. in a certain Stash Tab or in my Characters Inventory. For example to distinguish items in a quad tab for future harvest crafting into some groups, each looking for different rolls. Or when i keep some skill gems (in one tab) to distinguish those with quality from those with high level.

I can imagine this could be implemented as a small item (one cell size like currency), maybe a currency, which allows you to insert a specific text (few words) as a description, maybe like flavour text on uniques. The description is shown when you hover over the item. It could be dropable (semi rare, i don't need lots of em), or be aquired by a new vendor recipe - for example for vendoring 20 wisdom scrolls.

E: Thinking some steps further: When using such item with description text on a craftable item this could transfer the text onto the item, i.e. as flavour text. There could be even more possibilities.
