Before you are able to try again you will need to wait until the time limit has expired I'm afraid, however I would suggest ensuring you have no third-party applications enabled on your browser which may be interacting with the Path of Exile website.

If this still doesn't work I would suggest using a private/incognito web page and se if that helps - if not please contact support@grindinggear.com so we can look into this further for you.
