I have a doubt friends, I take +1 to minimum endurance charges in the amulet, if I equip some boots chance to gain an Endurance Charge on Kill, I will obtain 2 summary resistance charges

That is exactly the effect yes.

When you get them you will get 2 minimum every time.

+1 minimum just means that you'll always have at least one. It doesn't modify how many you get when you get one.

Also, it is very important to remember that Minimum charges cannot be consumed by skills. In other words, they will not be used to scale Discharge damage, bypass Vigilant Strike's cooldown, buff Immortal Call's physical damage reduction. They will also not be consumed by Tectonic Slam.

Think of minimum charges as permanent buff-like effects on you.

Also, your minimum charges cannot exceed your maximum charges. If you have 4 minimum charges but only 3 maximum charges, then you will always have 3 charges until you will raise your cap
