Near Permanent Adrenaline, petrified blood + Champion

Perhaps I am the last to figure this out, but I will pass it on anyway. The new mechanics of Champion + Petrified Blood allow nearly permanent adrenaline.

I am playing around with a vaal ground slam champion using low life and bloodthirst and petrified blood. I took the Champion First to Strike ascendency node more for the intimidate than anything else, thinking that on perma-low life the adrenaline would never kick in because it has to be triggered by the transition to low life.

But messing around, I had the blood magic keystone and blood and sand for a life reservation of 45%. But then once I used a skill or two -- a few warcries plus starting to hit ground slam, it went to low life and with my regen stayed there right at 50%-1 hp due to the petrified blood mechanic (I don't know yet if the total life total has to be odd to make this work). Adrenaline came on for 20 second. Bloodthirst and other low life skills are activated.

Then, after adrenaline goes off, I use a life flask taking me to 55% life again, and then use a couple of skills and bam I am back on low life and adrenaline turns on for another 20 seconds.

The one danger is that using a life flask in a long battle takes me temporarily off low life and screws up my damage for a couple of slams, but otherwise I think its a net positive.
