Lunar Eclipse/ Solar Eclipse bug

So after completely the 2 boss fights and getting the Moon Orb and Sun Orb, I walk into The Sky Shrine and Sin is just sitting there and the only dialogue option is "goodbye." Someone please help me out with this bug I cant progress through the game I am stuck at this quest and cant get past it in any way
