Fist Of War + Second wind

Hi there!
I have a question: does a fist of war works with second wind skill?
I just use these two together and i can just spam with my ice crash, but both of hits are supported with that fist or just one of them?
Animation (that big red guy above my head) appears only on 1st slam, on 2nd one he's not present.

Second wind supports non-instant skills. Fist of War is a support, it doesn't work on that.

It would work if Fist of War said "gives the supported skill a cooldown"... but it doesn't.

You need to learn the difference between "Skill" and "Support" and to take everything written on a gem very literally.

Second Wind says: Supports skills with cooldowns. Cannot support triggered skills.

No where does FoW say it gives a cooldown to a skill.
