Catarina failing to give tier 4 aisling veiled crafting table

I got my betrayal board together to get Aisling as leader in research, she was tier 3 prior to running Catarina. The only reward received was a single veiled chaos orb from a chest. I have checked all the other rooms and there is no other related rewards. FWIW my Vorici did give a tier 4 craft. Bug report #3561204858
