Harvest crafting of items with item level above 83

Hello there! I am wondering if it's possible to somehow obtain harvest crafts, that can affect items with ilvl over 83. From what i've seen the max lvl of items that can be crafted in Sacred Groves is equal to the monster level of the location, so for T16 maps it's 83. Is there a way to harvest craft an item with item level 85 for example?

Another question - some crafts at Sacred Grove have a currency symbol (usually a chaos or exalted). What does that mean? I used crafts with chaos orb symbol multiple times, but i didn't lost any, so it cant be a cost of the craft.

Lvl 76 seeds give crafts that can be used on any item.
They can normally be used on items that are 10lvls higher than the craft but for example lvl 100 items are treated as 86 for crafting.

I think it is +10 .. so you can craft ilvl 85 item in lvl 75+ area

the symbol is just an visual indicator what the mod does. rerolls an item (chaos), add modifier (exalt) etc
