StormBrand+Hextouch+Curse

As the title says I am using this setup on my ''trigger socketed spell when you use a skill'' wand but the problem is while the brand is working normally but it does not apply the curse..
I have read some using this setup with cwdt gem and they say it works as intented. why it does not work with my wand? Last bumped on May 12, 2021, 2:00:22 PM

A skill is disabled once supported by 2 or more triggers. Hextouch counts as a trigger only for a Hex it activates. CWDT in those setups is low level and supports Storm Brand but can't support higher level curse. So every skill is supported only by 1 trigger (SB by CWDT and the curse by Hextouch). In your case trigger from wand and Hextouch are supporting the curse thus it's disabled.
