Little problem with Minor God passive in Pantheon

EDIT 2: I've found some fix for that but it requires messing with the game files and I don't really wanna do it. Hello Guys, I posted this SS just to illustrate the problem. I can post another one with my flask empty but I don't think that it will give any more substance to my claim. I will post two separate screenshots, one after I emptied my Quicksilver Flask and another one after 15 second and flask is still empty. Tooltip says the flask will refill every 3 secs if I don't use Life Flask. I didn't. Empty Flask:  Flask still empty after 15s:  My point is that Soul of Ryslatha seems not working. your SS isn't showing any issues?
I use that minor pantheon as well and it works fine. what exactly is the issue you think is a bug? |

Your Sanctified life flask is 100% full in your screenshot. For some reason the flask is not depicted as visually full when it's at full charges. You can try drinking all the flask charges and then waiting while actually checking the flask charge number every few seconds.
