non-channeling craft on rings doesn't work?

I am a bleed glad, using Split arrow and the rings give me a combined -14 mana cost. With a 6link, split arrow costs 19 mana atm, although it eats about 20 mana per shoot/skill, when it should be 5 mana. Other skills Enduring Cry, ensnaring arrow (which cost below 14 mana), also utilize mana, when it shouldn't.
I understand these are not channeling skills, so then what's going on? I am missing something? Thanks anyone Last bumped on May 6, 2021, 10:39:57 AM

Ignore me, I think i just realized that the mana on the skill tooltip already includes the reduced mana from the modifier on rings.
