Add "Heist Target" filter to Trade website

It would be good to have this filter because multiple Blueprint base types share same Heist Target.

For example, I want to search "Heist Target: Thieves' Trinkets or Currency" instead of base type "Blueprint: Smuggler's Den" and then do second search with base type "Blueprint: Underbelly".
