Will watchstone mods increasing chest item quantity apply to Blight Cysts?

I think the watchstone mod more likely

Rather I think the watchstone effect only affects randomly spawning chests you need to interact with.
Pretty sure it's the same as the mod on vaults of atziri, which only affects the regular chests there. Украина в моём сердце
