Anyone knows a way (maybe URL) for unban appeal at The Forbiiden Trove (TFT)?

I was not able to find a way to apply for unban at TFT. Based on feedback to my another post here, it looks like I have high chances as mod's actions are dominantly considered to be excessive.
I was provided the following form to fill in by a random person to apply for TFT unban: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSerY-QRvdbPZJdeffYmkcDXSqEbViIu_BDDKqn6vk37uKPPtA/viewform Can someone please confirm that this form really is connected with TFT? If you go into this appeal by trying to explain why they were wrong, you're not going to sway them. Start looking for why they were right. Build from that.

You need to be able to see their side of it. They don't think you were wronged to any great degree. The guy couldn't help you. You made it into this huge deal. It's not.
