Wither stacks dont seem to be working anymore?

I'm not sure if its only visual but you no longer can see the tiny purple dots floating around your target with wither stacks. It might only be a visual bug but i honestly feel like its more and actually doesnt apply the wither.
I have wither stacks from 3 different sources : "Withering presence", Spreading rot and i just tried the wither skill gem recently. All seems to be the same.

Anyone can confirm if thats the same for them? Back in the days, I remember being able to see the wither stacks on my target but I reached lvl 83 on my new character and have yet to see those purple floating dots.

it would actually be huge if it is indeed not working
