Life reservation + MoM + Agnostic = mana drain?

Hey there. Am experiencing a strange thing happening and I'm not sure if it's intended.

I am running a necromancer witch. I have the agnostic and mind over matter. I have clarity and vitality linked to an arrogance support. When turning the auras on, my mana drains entirely and then sits at a constant 0. My life isn't moving.

The 2 auras reserve roughly 457 life. My max life is 3,140 and max mana is 1,356.

Other relevant information: I have battle rouse, but unspeccing it didn't make any difference. For ascendancies, I have the minion path - leading up to the +2 minion gems and the bone armor passive. Have not done my uber lab yet.

What I think is happening: Agnostic passive detects that your life is < max, which causes it to drain mana to heal your missing life, which in this case is actually reserved life which can never be healed, so the mana continually drains at 20% rate.

Another interesting thing that is happening: I turned all of my auras off, and then slapped on petrified blood. I took a trivial amount of damage so that my life was < 100% but > 50%. Same mana draining effect is happening.

Certainly a very interesting one.

Also Petrified Blood prevents recovery beyond half life other than life flasks. So Agnostic will try to recover you to 100% but since the recovery is prevented it the mana drain still happens until you are full life which can be never.

Some keystones and skills will break your character in this way like CI and EB or taking Blood Magic and EB or MoM, or BM and CI and using any skill. Or CI and MoM will prevent MoM from ever proccing.
