Beast Crafting Recipe not working

So I purchase this "Farrul, First of the Plains" from someone, hoping to craft "Aspect of the cat" on my glove, then I found out that it doesn't appear in the "Farrul's Den".



I went inside the "zoo" to check and this is what I found. I can't click on the info too.


I also found that in bestiary, "wild" tab, the related beast is not checked despite having one in storage

I suspect the ??????? is because the beast isn't "discovered" thus we cannot use it.

However, apparently people could skip that step and use it on previous league.

So I am unsure if this is a bug or a new change in 3.14

If you haven't fixed it yet, you can go to Standard, use one of your old characters to kill Farrul, and it will unlock in league again. Something with character migration this league messed up the recipes.

has anyone found a work around yet? I don't have a character in standard league...
