Bought a ring. Ring disappeared from my left ring slot.

I bought a ring for 3ex maybe an hour ago and it just disappeared from my character.

I still had the trade site open and here is what i bought:



What can i do now? Will there ever be a possibility i get my 3ex or the ring back or is it lost forever? Why is it gone? Where is it?

but to answer your other question then no, GGG doesn't offer ANY kind of ingame refunds or restores for ANY reason.
