Non-Channelling??!?!?!

Okey,

I might be an idiot for asking this. But Why is it that my Rank three "Non-Channelling Skills have (-7--6) to tatal mana cost", is rank three in my crafting bench?

I'd appreciate some help.

I'm clueless so dont roast me to hard on this on. :D

Not exactly understanding the question....

If you take out the craft description between "" and just add one word to describe the thing in the sentence, then it reads like this

But Why is it that my Rank three "thing", is rank three in my crafting bench?

Could you please rephrase the question, because i am guessing that you don't want a answer like because there are 2 lower ranks before it on the bench.

That is rank 3 now ( as of 3.14 ). If you are comparing to the wiki, it hasn't been updated yet. So it still shows -7 to -6 as rank 2.

Ah ok, gotcha.

So the answer is because that particular craft was nerfed.
From the patch notes for ultimatum

Non-Channelling Skills have -7 to -6 to Total Mana Cost (previously -9 to -8)

a side effect to this would be the actual unveiling of a mod on an item give a higher mod value (now -9 to -8) than what is actually craftable without introducing a new higher tiered version.

Feels a bit like the message was .... Look, drops are better than crafting /s

the wiki literally unable to update yet as an admin that usually done the data extract (and write the software to do it) seems declare his retirement in his github....
