No matter what you say I find chaos inaculation is not working as it suppose to be. While my ES is full I'm dying (being one shotted). Something for sure must bypass my ES. You just can't play this style anymore. Pfff :(

It appears you may be using a Caustic Mana Flask. Could this be what is causing you to be killed?
