Game disrupting Ping Spikes in Singapore server

I have been experiencing this lag spikes every league since Delirium but no one is able to answer my questions. These spikes always makes me leave the game early on as it is so disruptive as hell. Every time I change instances, there is a chance that my ping would suddenly go from 60-90 to 265-300. Changing instances would fix it, but it would be so stupid to keep changing instances if you're mapping especially when fighting bosses.

This is the instance server IP that I have experienced high ping: 161.202.8.170:6112

Here is the Win MTR Result: https://pastebin.com/vZ9r5PLN

I hope that at least someone would tell me what's wrong

Well the instance IP and the WinMTR report IP are not the same so that makes it difficult to see what's wrong.

Is this what happens (please be specific) if not -->
You login to PoE gateway X and start playing maps and all is well. Then you get a high latency map instance. You then leave it and open a new map instance and all is well again.

1 possible reason for this is that PoE gateway X is almost at 100% max load so it starts making new instances on other PoE gateways around the world per game design of GGG.
So you should start making record of the good instance IP and the "bad" instance IP so we can see if I am right here.

My bad, didn't realize I was doing it wrong. These are the ping for both good and bad instances:

Bad: https://pastebin.com/thtfVpZR

I don't really have to create a new instance. I just have to enter an instance and it starts to spike. I can fix it by going in and out of maps, but it isn't really a great fix if I'm fighting bosses.

Sorry that I wasn't specific enough.

I am experiencing this exact same problem too.

It spikes up to like 500ms, but when I zone into another instance/portal, it has a chance to settle down to 20ms.

I tested on Japan realm and getting 90ms constant

Tested on Singapore VPN , and it is perfect.

Is this an ISP routing issue or server issue ?

Since VPN only can change trafic route then you have just proven that there is an ISP routing issue between your ISP and GGG's hosting partner.

May I know what vpn you're using? I'm having the exact same issue here. From 9pm to 12pm is unplayable in SG server.
