Mana Cost of Skills

Was just wondering, can you see anywhere how much mana your linked skills cost? I remember last league it was shown in the "Skills" section in the Menu.
I can only find the base cost on the gem itself but there is no number indicating the Skill cost after the multipliers are applied? Or do you know have to use 3rd party tools to learn this info?
