Why isn't the server up its 7PM cst!?

I am waiting in queue let me in lol. Isn't the servers suppose to go live at 7PM CST?

i have been sitting at 260 in que and still have not moved 20 minutes after league supposed to start

The servers are live. If your queue hasn't moved, re-enter and you should get right in now.

I was in about 7pm. After watching PC launch it went smooth.
