Blight Sextant + (Winged) Blight Scarab only gives 1 Blight encounter (1921864534)

I used a Winged Blight Scarab together with the sextant mod that gives 1 Blight encounter and only had 1 Blight encounter in the map.
The map mods on the right say "Area contains 2 additional Blight Encounters". I searched the entire map for the second one but didn't find it. Screenshot:  Last bumped on Apr 30, 2021, 1:06:58 AM

Same here, I posted another bug report about it, the map enchants with the same mod also don't stack. There seems to be a limit of one blight per map.

Also, the mod "Epidemiology" works only for a random meeting, does not work for scarabs and map anoint.
