Zerkers degen life the more rage they have and the ascendancy takes 10% more dmg.
The #1 issue with CB was CB, not Berserk.
Zerkers don't get extra uptime on zerk via mana regen; that was everyone else who took CB.
Cry more about Chainbreaker though. You want an ascendancy's core ability/identity nerfed because your Timeless Jewel was nerfed?

And you're right. I don't know enough about Rage to make an acceptable fix it seems. This still doesn't feel right. I'm def fair about how things should be balanced when I do understand them well, and this change they made seems way overtuned. There has to be a better way. So your solution to something that is apparently overnerfed is to nerf a class' core mechanic, just because?
As other have already stated in other threads, CB undermined the identity of Berserkers and it was getting stupid to see everyone have rage and using Berserk. Running around with Berserk up doing nothing while totems get all the rage benefits etc...
The optimal gameplay meta was shifting towards every class and ability having rage and using the same spell. It had to be changed.

I took the suggestion down, as you basically proved me wrong.
And OK, I guess I was just using a broken mechanic mildly enough to be angry when it was neutered.
Nothing was broken about what I was personally doing, but if there is no other way, so be it. If it doesn't get changed by next league, I'll just do something else.
