Shepherd of Souls miscalculates Souls used

Hey,

Running a Pathfinder with Yaomac's Accord. Shepherd of Souls states that 50% of Souls used for a Vaal Skill are added to the souls count of other skills.

I'm running 4 Vaal Skills currently - Vaal Arc, Storm Blast and two auras.

Vaal Arc needs 25 Souls per Use and stores 1 use.
Auras take 50 Souls and store 1 use.

Therefore, whenever I trigger my aura, they should always refresh Vaal Arc. However, there have been cases where triggering both auras did not fully refresh Vaal Arc.
