Why was Non-Channeling Skills Have (-x--x) To Total Mana Cost not changed to just Total Cost

Channeling Skills was changed to -x to Total Cost and Non-Channeling is still Total Mana Cost.
Is this an oversight or is there a reason for the Non-Channeling craft to still be a mana cost? Last bumped on Apr 19, 2021, 1:54:27 PM
