Can't finish Blight map, boss stuck and can't be killed

I'm trying to complete a tier 4 Iceberg blight map. I killed everything but one boss, he is stuck between towers and can't be killed (looks like he's frozen).
Misses one chest and big item explosion now. Last bumped on May 28, 2021, 9:32:37 PM

Same here, seems like a new bug for 3.14. Got the same thing on Lava Chamber map
