Well i found that the recipe for +1 all x skill gems its back
normal wand + 1 Green x% quality + 1 Blue x% quality + 1 Red x% quality = The quality from the 3 gems must be equal to 40%+ then if u want cold spell gems, all 3 gems bust be cold ones. Example = Ice bite supp 15% + Frost Blink 10% + Glacial hammer 15% + wand Last bumped on Apr 20, 2021, 3:41:45 AM

We found that with just 2 gems with the right tag with 40% quality work
