100% GPU Usage (RTX 2080)

I'm running an RTX 2080 and POE is causing it to run constantly at 99% usage. I can hear my GPU fans rev up the moment I log in.
Is there a known BUG causing this? I find it hard to believe this game is maxing out my GPU.

I'm getting normal performance on all other games. Even 144FPS Doom doesn't use this many resources.

1. You can't compare a first person shooter to this, especially one that's not exactly knowing for being taxing.
2. Unless you have limited your FPS accordingly, the gpu will render as many frames as it can, meaning it will run at 100% no matter what.
3. It's a gpu, it's working, the fans are working, i don't get how that's a bad thing.
Hardware is designed to be....used. If you twist your nickers every time your gpu is actually having to do something, you really should get a console.

It's not a bug, it's your hardware working.
