[Idea/Unfinished]-LL physical DoT Necro, don't have the will to play PoE right now

I've been brainstorming a bit before the start of the Ultimatum, but I found that I just don't feel like playing PoE in current state. So this is what I've produced so far. I've managed to work out the issues inherent to the Corrupting Fever/Exsanguinate DoT with what I consider starter gear, although it leaves the character extremely vulnerable to chaos damage for a moment every 12 seconds.

If anyone wants to take a stab at refining and testing this, feel free. The careful balancing of gear, Corrupting Fever and Vitality levels during leveling so you always have LL and enough health to activate it will be tricky, but I think it's doable.
