Main hand weapon disappeared when online

Although it is not an expensive item, it is not a good thing to have when league-starting. My right and is literally gone. This happened when I online today. And I was dual-wielding the same wand yesterday.

Lol, had exactly the same issue today, my wand with a gems just disappeared, same thing with weapon in offhand only.
