Poe Crashes my internet while it's active.

Ok, what i mean by crashing the internet is that while the game is running my internet will run at <1mbps speed. The game doesn't seem to be affected by the slow internet in any way ( don't know if it can be run at 200-500kbps or it's just hogging the entire bandwidth). Anyway the second I alt F4 the game my pc will resume to the normal speed.

I tried this on wired connection , wireless connection and 4G Hotspot from phone , all of them have the same symptoms.

Last night while I was waiting for league start I noticed this and figured I can just quickly reinstall windows ( it was overdue for like 1mo , with all backups done but i was procrastinating on it) . It worked fine at first, after that I went to sleep and let the windows finish it's updates.

This morning, the game has the same problems as last night( assumed it was from one of the windows updates)

I also tried using even donwnloading steam client to test if the problem would somehow magically get fixed no luck there either.

Got to say that i'm not tech savy so i'd need a hand on figuring out the way to fix it.

Well for PoE it's best to be on a wired connection.

This can be due to wrong / old drivers, so make sure you install the latest VENDOR (not microsoft) drivers (chipset, netcard and so on).
It can also be your ISP router/modem that have a problem, so make sure it's using latest firmware.

It cannot be an ISP router/modem problem since the problem is persistent on a hotspot from the phone with a different provider.

Also all the drivers were up to date before windows reinstall and after as well from what i can tell ( only drivers not up do date is a bluetooth one).

Again I am NOT talking about the drivers Microsoft install. I am talking the VENDOR drivers that many times are better then generic Microsoft drivers.
