Can I refund the Support Pack for this league?

As always, hitting a company in the wallet is the only way this BS gets rectified. I have zero faith they will reset the league. Hope I am wrong. In the mean time, getting my money back for this league's support pack is the only message GGG will understand.

Just ask probably can if you havent spent points. Always wait before buying! The packs aint going anywhere.

The number 2 reason people pre-buy is they simply like the aesthetic of the supporter pack or MTX being offered. But no worries from now on. " Well, in their defense, these packs are basically just a form of brand loyalty, and we have all believed in a company enough to buy their newest products with the full belief that the quality stays the same, for it to fall apart/break down. More often than not, people have to get burned first. Ive bought my fair share of things simply because 5 years ago X brand was good and that product lasted me a long time for the new one to be complete trash. So, I can see how people get baited into buying the new pack before the league even comes out. And, you just dont expect this kind of stuff to go wrong. Server issues are one thing, giant PR nightmares/scummy behavior is another.(One of the reasons I quit spending money in this game a long time ago. Scummy decisions). Today was worse than usual however not unexpected. Finally every league is different some hate x and love Y so personally I see nothing to be loyal about and take a wait and see approach. Git R Dun!

WTF, no reset???
This is so unfair. Only way to make it fair is reset and treat everybody similar. Stuff people collected can be transferred to standard and reset ultimatium so all can start at same level. Reasson why i play this game is to awoid P2W garbage other games have, now streamer getting big advantage. I'll not buy more points before reset is done. |

you can ask for a refund BUT you are not likely to get it.
Supporter packs are themed around a league, they do not require that league to function, they do function properly (i.e not faulty) you got what you paid for. The unfortunate league launch has nothing to do with your purchase (it would if you were actually buying access tot he league or a sub but you're not) as such deal with it. FYI the streamer thing was a one off they are not purchasing an advantage at all, a reset won't happen in this either the only one that has happened was totally different and effected virtually no one. Ohh and OP, be careful what you do here...if you decide to be dumb and try for a charge back your account WILL be rightfully banned. Ancestral Bond.
