Can't download and patch game.

Hi, trying to play league. Cannot download the new patch. If I open the program, it downloads 20-30 megabytes and stops. I can continuously do this until 50 mb are left in the download and it refuses to go any further. I tried to install PoE on all my drives with the same results. I maintained a backup of the content.ggpk file. I move into a new drive and install, still will not complete. I fully reformatted my computer and tried again. Same result.

This is after I reformatted my WHOLE computer, downloaded the content.ggpk torrent..... I have turned off my firewalls, reset my router, reformatted the hard drives. I can't think of anything else.

another update, another bricked game.. I dont know how to fix this. Currently trying to uninstall the game, download the ultimatum torrent file, and patch from that.

After the above process, still get bugged out. If I restart the client, it will not download any further.
