Blood altar: one beast is stuck in the wall and cannot be killed

I'm doing some bestiary recipes but, after some of them, one of the beast is stuck inside the wall and cannot be killed.

The bug seems to happen with the "squid" enemies, maybe their tentacles aren't taked into account when adding them to the area.
