How to get Frenzy Charges for Minions?

so I am totally new to playing Minions and will give it a try in 3.14 with a guardian as a Starter. Now I´ve read that the Harmony of Purpose node actually does not give me the option to share my charges with minions, meaning they don´t have neigher power- or frenzy-charges (at least through that way) resulting in a tremendous dps-loss.

I wanted to ask all experienced minion players about other ways to generate those charge-types for my minions. I know about the combination of that aegis-shield thingy but I was planning on working with a rare shield so this goes down the drain as well. Any suggestions?

I use spectres to generate power and frenzy charges. Carnage chieftain (frenzy) and Host chieftain (power). Can't remember exactly where those are spawned, but it's quite common and I'm pretty sure you can get them even before map.

I never tried Guardian summoner before, but any reason why you don't want to use Necromancer?

Necromantic Aegis plus either Victarios Charity Shield or +2 min Frenzy/Power Charge Shield works as well but you´ll have to sacrifice your shield.

Using carnage and and host chieftain is the most common (act 2 and act 6 forests), but you want to link them to blood magic, it doubles (roughly) the amount of time they use their frenzy and power charge generation.

It was a Dom-Blow Guardian, why not Necro? Not really an idea, as I said I´m new to minions so I just wanted to go with the guide but I´m not starting on rigged numbers.

Necro Aegis + Vic Charity is what I did for ritual. My skelly mages had a small buildup time to get the charges but once they did things just melted.

It did cost a lot to lose the shield slot though.
