Dual wielding Fire burst + Weapon switch

So a few questions I have with the "Buffed" version of Essence of Hysteria

If we dual wield both weapons with Fire Burst
Will they both trigger on hit, meaning some sort of double cast?
Will they each trigger after the other, meaning you would need a second hit instance to trigger the second (No matter how fast)?
Will they both Share the cooldown, making the dual wield useless?

Second question, what happens with weapon swapping?
Will flame burst Cooldown reset? meaning if you can swap fast enough, you would have constant flame burst trigger?
Will they share the cooldown? meaning swapping is useless.
What if we switch the a different gem supports? Would they consider it a different spell?

Since its a item skill that are affected by gem supports, Could you support it with Second wind?


Obivously not as a league starter, but I'm curious to make a self-hitting build around triggering Fire Burst, since its now 100% with a 1sec cooldown. Base damage is quite good and scale very quickly.

they will share the cooldown making dual wielding useless, im 95% sure. since its the same skill

But what about different support gems?

Lets say one has Fire Pen-Elem Focus-Control Des
The other one has Inc Crit-Inc AOE-Fire pen

Both have different supports so wouldn't be considered different spells?
What about Weapon Swapping? One weapon set having +2 to all fire spells and the other w/o different spell levels wouldn't share the CD right?

So did anyone tried This idea of Dual wielding 2 Fire burst supported by different Gems or with different levels (With Empower for example)?

I'm curious to see how it could be used with Body swap
It would make a possible quad fire explosion on target. The 1 second cooldown is big, but could be fun to make it work.
