Most Expensive Crafted Item in Path of Exile History (There were still chase items with Old Harvest)

Anyone know if there is something more expensive that has been crafted? I know that some alt art items are easily worth more, but I chose not to include those.

I wanted to show this as I thought it was funny that people say that the inclusion of Harvest leads to there being no chase item yet this item cost this much to make. In addition, it was made with eternal orbs, so even with Harvest in its previous state, it illustrates how there were still items that were near impossible to make.

As posted in the video, there was a reddit thread about 'Dragon Thunder', insanely expensive for just going from T3 to T1.

What brought you to selling the original?

I never really play standard and did not have the currency to attempt this craft. If someone really wanted to make it perfect, then the item base deserved it since I really have no use for it. I think the item in the long run will make its money back given how long PoE2 will take to come out.

Yeah I made the video since reading the reddit post is kind of long and a lot of people probably missed it.

interesting! is there any info on the logistics behind it/how long stuff like this actually takes?
like even just buying 1000 beasts must take ages even if you find some large sales?
finding 60 eternal orbs must take even longer if you dont bring them from your crafting group i guess?

With Harvest nerfed, it shouldn't change "that much" in the crafting process for a bow like this no?

Starting with the same 2 mods (hybrid and merciless) u should be able to follow pretty much the same steps that have been followed crafting this bow except for the att speed.

Well at least if GGG will confirm that Augs can be used on Synt bases.

Correct me if I'm wrong.

BTW, crafting something like this bow will be remembered for long, long time by the community. It doesn't matter if sooner or later a better bow will be crafted, this epic crafting session will be remembered just like some others are still remembered even if now obsolete (like the Pain Bane Axe).

Beasts are farmed mostly with one dude running full party of clients and accounts in the map, then bulk selling them or using them.
It's really not that hard to get 1,000 of them to be honest.

Rest of the currency required is quite bad cruel though.

This item is impossible to make without Eternal Orbs with the new Harvest. The amount of Eternal orbs that would be required would probably cost more than the entire stock in standard.

Wow, I'm starting to wonder how many Eternal Orbs remain in the market. The value of these two just keeps jumping....



I keep wondering if I'll ever see a Mirror of Kalandra drop, but these seem to have withstood the test of time better. I guess I should have been happier when they dropped.

It is impossible because they got rid of targeted Annuls, so you can no longer remove and add phys, which would make it infinitely more expensive on some steps.
