Are their any builds that don't include life steal or life drain?

oh, haven't played in a while they got rid of life steal?

If you are "really smart" you place a vitalitly/discipline watchers eye with lgoh/esgoh alongside a cwdt ball lightning and enjoy your life bar never leaving full for more than 0,01s (until you are one-shotted by a stray crit anyway).

All builds benefit greatly from a rapid recovery mechanic.
During Ritual League I've become a big fan of Mind over Matter (MoM) + The Agnostic, which is a typical Mana before Life defensive strategy. No life leech, no energy shield leech, no mana leech, just plenty of Mana Regeneration (plus a few other Mana recovery mechanics) and Agnostic then turns that into really fast Life recovery. Most builds don't need leech.

Main methods are
Leech damage from tree and items (same as life steal) High regen builds from tree and items (life or ES) Life/ES gain on hit frrom many sources (with skills that hit many times a second) Agnostic on passive tree (sends mana to your life pool, which can easy regen 50% of your life a second) Life gain on block from shields (with max attack/spell block, very high regen) Life gained on kill from chests (not great vs bosses, but in clearing can easily fill your life bar each second) Energy shield natural or augmented regen (basically, just energy shield with maybe a few nodes in ES regen) Others Indigon helm, mana regen gained as hp - with the right build can easily restore 100% of life per second almost indefinitely https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=62jKiVuZvdk&t=152s Last edited by trixxar#2360 on Apr 12, 2021, 3:47:20 AM

I mean....i cant remember when i was playing any lifesteal build in last 2 years.... summoners, golemancers, MoM hybrid users, everyone using stone golems, Vitality, maybe ES, maybe mom, maybe enduring cry, maybe Mines ascendancy with regen, maybe simple regen....lifesteal...wat is this?
