100% gpu usage

today i got a patch on Steam PoE
after a 1 month break i opened the game to test a few things and i noticed alot of frame drops
then i noticed that my GPU usage was 99-100% all the time
i closed the game and restarted my computer
opened the game again and BEFORE login i was with 99-100% GPU usage
i need you guys to check it please before next league because its impossible to play that way

CX750w

From what I understand. GPU usage should be 90% above when playing games or it's on bottleneck.

yea i got what he was saying the thing is that im getting 100% usage on the menu before login
im not spamming skills or things like that
this is really weird and theres no bottleneck a month ago i was playing without any problems

Check if you have vsync enabled or a foreground fps cap set (else your computer is pushing as many frames as it can).

mines also like that, running the 6900 XT. it sits at 99% and doesnt bounce at all. tried capping fps at 60/75/120 doesnt do anything.
The game is cooking my card quick and its not good.
im on a double rad custom ek waterloop and temps and speeds with other major titles like Tomb Raider, Crysis, Wow, even Last Epoch is perfectly fine.
