Awakener orb crafting help

Im curious if i can use awakeners orb on a random shaper ring and then on a non-influenced (no influence at all) ring, to apply shaper influence to the latter?

Also,

Must both rings be of exactly the same type, such as vermillion-vermillion?

Does it matter if the two rings have the same item level or not?

3. Item level matters when melding two influences. For example you can't awaken ilvl 85 crusader explody on say a ilvl 83 redeemer frenzy chest. Must be ilvl 85.

I encourage you to use emulator here and practice before bricking something with precious awakening orb.

when crafting with Awakener orb, mod donor will be destroyed and mod receiver will be kept. So always use a better base (your desired one as well as high ilvl and/or 30Q for perfect crafter), and the mod donor, you just need an item that have one influenced mod you want to transfer and nothing else.

Remember to check mod group

any 6 of the influence and can be low ilvl.

Just make sure both items has one influence mod and they are not the same mod group

For example. "+1 to Maximum Frenzy Charges" on glove, only need ilvl75 to spawn. If you want to donate that mod to the final item, you don't need a ilvl 85 base. Just ilvl75+ is fine
