Crash when entering Aqueduct (Act 4) and Blood Aqueduct (Act 9)

It's been going on for a few weeks, at first I realized this when I went to the Blood Aqueduct for testing skill gems. The screen loads as usual, but the notification "PathOfExile_x64 has stopped working" appears and exits the game. Tried to get back into the game and into the Blood Aqueduct and the same thing happened. I try to get into other areas and its fine, it doesn't crash, except aqueduct (act 4).

I decided to leave it at that time because there was only error in Blood Aqueduct and Aqueduct. It won't interfere with my game because I'm playing the end game already and there are no errors / crashes. After a few weeks I thought it would be fixed and it didn't. When I tried to make a new character and got into the aqueduct after defeating Dominus, the game crash. This makes me unable to create new characters and I'm worried if this hasn't been fixed until the new league.

I've tried several suggested solution like

- running packcheck (instead it crashed like when it entered the blood aqueduct/aqueduct)

- deleting DailyDealCache, MOTDCache, ShopImages.
