Foil gone - harvest bug?

Hello. Tooday i wanna finally try to craft my foil. When i get crafts. I wanna roll my foil options. Got all what i need. Then i got craft to roll all values to most likely, and keep all options (suffix + preffix). But my item got broken and change all suffix + preffix to random. Is this a bug? I will never get back my weapon? Or is just a my fault?

I don't know is this a good section for my thread but i make my first forum thread so sorry :D

If your mods changed, you can't get them back.

Very likely what happened is you clicked the wrong thing. The thing to reroll values (Divine Orb) is often next to the one to reroll mods (Chaos Orb). It's easy to click the wrong one.
