Grave Trough stuck boss room

Basically completed Grave Trough map with harvest, when to boss room to finish it up, cleared boss and started ritual immediately. After ritual finished with no boss monster in area (ritual shows complete) there is no way to go back (without Exit game). This case nothing bad happened since I can simply exit game and reload to area, but If I had portal I could not finish my harvest.
